Color Correct in 3 Simple Steps

Color Correct in 3 simple steps

Are your photos to yellow or just to blue? Follow this 3 Step Color Correction by Blake Rudis. One of the many problems we night photographers have is to color correct our photos. When you shoot in low light situations, for example at night in a city, You will notice that you have to deal with all kinds of light temperatures. Coming from streetlights or incandescent light from a window. When we post process our photos, we will have to make some color corrections for these different light temperatures.

My long time Facebook friend, Blake Rudis, who runs the website and Youtube Channel f64 Academy, just posted a video on how to color correct in ACR (Adobe Camera Raw) or Lightroom in just 3 Simple Steps. I have tried this technique on some of my photos and it really works. Sometimes it will do a good job and you will have to finetune it a little bit with the color sliders in the HSL (Hue, Saturation and Luminance) panel.

Let me know in a comment below if these 3 steps helped you. You can also follow Blake on Facebook and visit his website.
